Secure sign-in, takes about thirty seconds. Atona reads your inbox and calendar so it can act with context. Nothing is sent or replied to without your say-so.
Atona creates a dedicated email address — {first}.{last}@assistant.atona.ai — separate from your personal one, on purpose. Standard adds a dedicated phone number for texts and calls; Pro adds a dedicated WhatsApp number. On the free plan Atona works from your own inbox instead, drafting for your approval.
Tell Atona a few standing preferences. "Always 30-minute meetings." "Don't reply to recruiters." "Never schedule after 4 PM on Fridays." These last forever.
